Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, installation, testing and ongoing maintenance of equipment and systems.

You will conduct site visits, prepare service reports, resolve customer inquiries and coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers, ensuring ISO-compliant workflow procedures. This role may require travel to sites and reports to the engineering team. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am–6:15pm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) required.
• Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Attend to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Support project and engineering teams when required; perform other duties as assigned.
• Prepare project workflow procedures to ensure ISO compliance.
