Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Engineer.

The role is based at Lentor with possible travel to client sites. Salary is SGD 3,500–4,000 per month and working hours are 8:30am–6:15pm, Monday to Friday. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems, perform installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance, and handle customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) required
• Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Support project and engineering teams when required.
• Perform other technical duties and project-related tasks as assigned.
• Preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards

Education
