THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Singapore.

You will respond to customer inquiries and work with engineers, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues. Applicants should hold an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls) and have experience in preparing ISO-compliant workflow procedures.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Support project and engineering teams when required.
• Prepare project workflow procedures to ensure ISO standards compliance.
