Job summary
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Chemist (Segregation) in Singapore. The role focuses on supervising incoming waste segregation and coordinating with internal departments to ensure proper treatment and disposal, located at Tuas.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry and at least 1 year of relevant experience; entry level candidates are welcome. Company transport/allowance is provided.
Qualifications

- At least 1 year of relevant experience; entry level welcome.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support incoming waste segregation, including bulk waste and loose waste, and weighbridge.
- Ensure incoming waste streams are checked for suitable treatment.
- Coordinate waste verification and discrepancy management across departments.
- Space management: liaise with operations to treat, receive or store waste.
- Monitor and improve department performance; review workflows and implement improvements.
- Develop treatment methods and handling procedures for new wastes.
- Daily 5S and TPM activities; ensure safety and discipline at works.
- Brief/train staff on safety handling of incoming waste.
- Advise on technical aspects for emergency response; liaise with EHS.
