seeks a Senior/Technical Superintendent to oversee technical and safety matters on designated vessels and implement company policies under the Technical Superintendent. Responsibilities include repair, maintenance and servicing of vessels, monitor certificates and safety, manage inventory and spares, review design and documentation, conduct vessel inspections, support audits, and advise Master and Chief Engineer on planned maintenance.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering (preferred Mechanical/Marine Engineering).
Minimum 5 years in a technical role with tanker experience.
Familiar with ISM/ISPS/TMSA is a must.
Sea-going work experience as an Engineer is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior/Technical Superintendent in all technical and safety matters on vessels.
Carry out repair, maintenance and servicing as directed by management.
Monitor vessel certificates, safety, and overall technical/commercial operations.
Review engineering design/drawings and documentation for new deliveries.
Conduct vessel condition inspections and safety meetings with crew.
Support internal audits and external audits with proper close-out.
