Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency, quality yield and machine utilization.
• Maintain process control and carry out routine check verification and repair work.
• Carry out periodic and preventive maintenance programs on hardware and system software.
• Maintain records of maintenance programs and plant equipment.
• Assist Engineer in maintaining spare parts lists to minimize production disruption.
• Ensure production operation meets the company quality policy and customer requirements.
• Promote and uphold EHS policies and safety initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and meet company goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency, quality yield and machine utilization.
• Maintain process control and carry out routine check verification and repair work.
• Carry out periodic and preventive maintenance programs on both hardware and system software.
• Maintain records of maintenance programs including plant equipment such as air compressor, vacuum pump, transformer, and related items.
• Assist Engineer in maintaining list of spare parts through timely reviewing to ensure minimum disruption to the production operation.
• Ensure production operation meets the company\'s quality policy and objectives and complies with customer requirements.
• Assist Process Engineer in executing continuous improvement plans to attain cost reduction for customers and to meet company goals.
• Assist Production Supervisor in initiating actions to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity.
• Assist and execute the implementation of product non-conformity solutions.
• Raise safety awareness in the assembly area.
• Promote and cultivate good housekeeping behaviours in the assembly area.
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.
