Job summary

SALT TALENT SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for a 12-month contract role.

You will be the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering expert guidance on advertising solutions and resolving complex technical issues. You will build deep product knowledge, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with Sales to align technical services with client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in technical solutions or consulting.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Build technical expertise in Salt's advertising products and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups.
• Resolve technical issues stemming from the usage of Salt's solutions.
• Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize tasks, and build technical service plans for market or vertical opportunities.

Salt is looking to hire a Technical Solutions Consultant for 12 months & renewable contract role. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will become an expert on advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way.

What you'll do:

• Build technical expertise in products and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
• Resolve technical issues stemming from the usage of solutions
• Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services

What you'll need:

• Knowledge of the Tech ecosystem
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
• Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality in day-to-day work
• At least 3 years of working experience
