Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant in Singapore for a 12-month contract. You will be the technical point of contact, building deep product knowledge and advising clients on best practices to maximize value from the advertising platform.

You will troubleshoot complex configurations and collaborate with sales to plan technical solutions, ensuring efficient, effective outcomes for advertiser clients in a hybrid onsite/remote setup.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science or related degree.
• 3+ years experience in Digital Advertising or Technology industries.
• Experience troubleshooting advertising tech such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
• Customer-facing ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build technical expertise in Client’s products and provide consultative guidance.
• Resolve technical issues arising from client usage of Company’s solutions.
• Partner with Sales to resolve client issues and develop technical service plans.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will become an expert on Company’s solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs.

The ideal candidate will:

• Build technical expertise in Client’s various products and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Company’s solutions
• Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree
• 3+ years' experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Knowledge of the Tech ecosystem
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity and quality in day-to-day work

Must Have Skills:

• Experience in SQL
• Troubleshooting 3rd party scripts on websites
• Experience in troubleshooting API request payload
