Job summary

Setsco Services Pte Ltd seeks a customer service coordinator to be the main contact for inquiries on Noise Monitoring, Infrared Thermography, Vibration Monitoring, Load Testing, and EV Charger Inspection. You will prepare quotations, service proposals, and work orders while coordinating site visits with operations to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least two years in customer service or sales support, a Diploma, strong English, and excellent document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or service administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems experience is advantageous.
• Independent worker who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, inspection, maintenance or testing services is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries related to Noise Monitoring, Infrared Thermography, Vibration Monitoring, Load Testing, and EV Charger Inspection services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, service proposals, work orders, and customer requests to ensure timely conversion into confirmed jobs.
• Coordinate closely with operations teams to schedule site visits, inspections, testing activities, and reporting deliverables.
• Monitor job progress and proactively update customers on service schedules, work status, report issuance, and completion timelines.
• Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of customer records, quotations, sales orders, and service documentation in SAP or other company systems.
• Liaise with technical teams, billing personnel, and customers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track outstanding quotations, expiring contracts, recurring service requirements, and customer follow-up actions.
• Assist in contract administration, purchase order processing, invoicing coordination, and documentation management.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation where required.
• Support business development initiatives, customer retention efforts, and departmental objectives through exceptional customer service.
