Job summary

Staffhub Group, Singapore, is seeking a Service Technician for Kitchen Equipment to join our on-site team. You will attend customer service requests, service maintenance equipment, and conduct testing and commissioning on site to ensure optimal performance.

Ideal candidates hold an NTC/ITC in Mechanical or Electrical or related discipline, with 3–5 years of experience. You should be self-motivated, have strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and hold a Class 3 driving

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge and skill preferable.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer service requests.
• Provide equipment servicing for Maintenance customers.
• Conduct testing & commissioning on site.
• Establish rapport for long term customer relationship.
• Ensure products/services delivered is to customer satisfaction.
• General technical duties.
