Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a hands-on technician to support technical and service issues for home appliances. You will check and troubleshoot product problems, review cases, conduct basic testing and repairs, and advise on repair or replacement while coordinating with service partners, customer service and the factory to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates hold Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or similar qualification, with 2–5 years in technical servicing or troubleshooting; experience

Qualifications

• Technical qualification (Nitec to Diploma) required.
• 2–5 years of hands-on technical/service experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Basic Excel skills.
