Job summary

Qnity Electronics & Industrial seeks a Technical Service and Development (TS&D) Engineer for Kalrez specialty parts in Singapore. You will support customers with technical service, development, testing, and product launches, driving growth across semiconductor and industrial markets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 5+ years of technical experience, strong English communication, and the ability to travel across ASEAN regions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Ability to understand customer needs and drive new product development.
• Excellent problem-solving using analytical methods.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore and ASEAN (≥50%).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and development support to drive business growth, incl. training, troubleshooting, testing, and new product development.
• Identify development opportunities by collecting technical data and sealing locations on equipment.
• Develop relationships with key engineers/end-users to position Kalrez as the preferred sealing solution.
• Coordinate new product commercialization and feedback regional needs to Marketing and R&D.
