Job summary

Qnity Electronics & Industrial invites applications for a Technical Service and Development (TS&D) Specialist for Kalrez® specialty parts based in Singapore. You will work with semiconductor and industrial customers, develop new formulations, coordinate product commercialization, and support regional growth.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in chemistry/materials science/chemical engineering, 5+ years in technical engineering with external customers, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related science
• Master’s degree encouraged for applicants
• Experience collaborating with external customers and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and development support to drive growth, including training, troubleshooting and new product development
• Own development projects from conception to commercialization in collaboration with sales
• Build and maintain relationships with key engineers/end-users in strategic accounts
• Drive launches of new materials/technologies within global COE projects
• Benchmark Kalrez® value propositions against competitors through data and feedback to sales
• Investigate technical resources in Singapore to meet ASEAN customer needs
• Perform lab testing and generate technical data per market needs
• Deliver technical presentations and seminars at meetings and conferences
• Stay abreast of advances in the industry and connect with technical resources
