Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a technically-minded professional to act as a subject matter expert for customers, providing product requirements input and acting as the point-of-contact for all technical matters for customers and sales.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, delivering pre-sales support, understanding technology roadmaps, and serving as the interface between customers, sales and R&D. Travel may be required to engage international clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics Product Development, Telecommunications or related.
• Strong business acumen to understand market demands and technological trends.
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills; able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for the customer on product requirements and as the point-of-contact for technical matters for customers and sales.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Electronics Product Development, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical/engineering related role is preferred
• Strong business acumen to understand market demands/ technological trends
• Driven, self-starter and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (when necessary)
