Job summary

Talent Link by e2i is seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and execute growth strategies for pumps in Singapore and nearby markets. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, contractors, and distributors.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of pump sizing and applications, plus a proven track record in project sales and industrial B2B environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or pumps.
• Strong technical understanding of compressor/pump sizing and applications.
• Proven track record in project sales or industrial B2B solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow pumps portfolio in SG and regional markets.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead gen, quotes, proposals, negotiations, closing.
• Build relationships with accounts, OEMs, EPCs, contractors, and distributors.
• Conduct product presentations, technical clarifications, and site visits.
• Monitor tender portals, prepare tender submissions, and bids follow-up.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, logistics, and procurement for proposals.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and BD recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets, profitability, and pipeline accuracy.
• Prepare regular forecasts, activity reports, and management updates.
