Job summary

ST RECRUITMENT CENTRE is seeking a capable candidate for a pump industry role in Tampines. The position requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 2–3 years in pumps and at least 2 years in solution sales. You will develop new accounts, propose solutions, and visit customers on-site to assess needs and provide technical guidance.

On-the-job training will be provided. The successful candidate will have initiative, drive, and strong customer engagement skills to expand

Qualifications

• Dip in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in pump industry.
• At least 2 years of solution sales experience.
• High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of pump technology and its varied applications.
• Develop new accounts and grow market share with existing customers.
• Identify, understand, and propose suitable pump solutions.
• Engage with customers to assess fluid-handling challenges and provide technical advice.
• Create superb presentations and demos to communicate value proposition.
• Visit customers at workplace/site and handle inspections and site-related matters.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
