Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Sales Application Engineer at 442 Tagore Industrial Ave (Upper Thomson). The role blends sales support, engineering solutions, product demonstrations and project management to deliver value to customers.

You will collaborate with the sales team, provide pre- and post-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. A Diploma in Engineering and 3+ years steam traps experience are required.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering.
• Min 3 years in relevant experience in steam traps and other steam related products (boiler, fluid control systems, etc.) and experience in thermal audit.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Technical Support: understand customer requirements, provide pre- and post-sales support, and manage expectations.
• Engineering Solutions & Technical Support: develop practical engineering solutions, work with customers' teams, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service quality.
• Product Presentation & Training: conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Product & Supplier Development: monitor industry trends, evaluate suppliers, and liaise between customers and suppliers.
• Project Management: manage projects from concept to completion, ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.
