Responsibilities

• Sales and customer technical support: understand customer needs and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Develop engineering solutions and support customers' technical and operational challenges.
• Present products and provide training to customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Source and evaluate suppliers; liaise between customers and suppliers to clarify requirements.
• Manage engineering projects from concept to completion and ensure on-time delivery.
