Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an engineering-minded sales professional to develop knowledge of automation product lines and tailor quotations and proposals for customers.

You will plan visits, conduct meetings, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role requires a diploma or degree in engineering, strong communication skills, and a drive to learn.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
• Interest in industrial automation and sales-oriented roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
• Knowledge on PLC programming, touch panels and control & automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our automation product lines and their applications.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Plan and conduct sales visits, presentations, and customer meetings.
• Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities, and market segments.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued growth.
• Conduct technical demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and application value.
• Manage the full sales cycle including follow-ups on leads, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Provide value-added insights and recommendations that help customers solve engineering or automation challenges.
• Stay updated on competitors’ products and market trends to effectively position our solutions.
