The successful candidate will drive sales, build a strong pipeline, and establish long-standing relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture or related discipline.
• Experience in technical sales or building materials is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with main contractors, architects, consultants and developers.
• Prepare and propose product specifications based on project and client requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to clients and stakeholders.
• Understand customers' project requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Follow up on project opportunities from engagement through to sales conversion.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers to strengthen relationships.
• Keep updated on market developments, upcoming projects and competitor activities.
