Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive product solutions for customers in Bukit Batok. You will plan visits, provide product demonstrations, and prepare quotations to meet customer requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Engineering, Industrial or Mechatronics with a passion for automation and hands-on PLC programming. Strong communication and a proactive sales mindset are essential.

Passion for automation, with creative and adaptive approaches

Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of our complete range of product
Responsible for preparing quotations, proposal according to customers' requirements
Plan sales visits, customer calls
Service existing clients and proactively identify and develop new customers and markets
Conduct product training and presentation to customers
Follow up on sales lead, sales orders and deliveries
Provide application/product support to customers and internal sales team
Provide post sale and presale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.
Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
