Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Sales Engineer to join our Bukit Batok team. You will understand our range of products, prepare quotations, plan sales visits and support customers from pre-sale to post-sale stages.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering, are passionate about automation, and can demonstrate technical solutions to customers in the Electrical & Electronics sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electronics/electrical/mechatronic engineering.
• Passion for automation with creative/adaptive approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of our complete range of products.
• Prepare quotations and proposals according to customers' requirements.
• Plan sales visits and customer calls.
• Service existing clients and proactively identify new customers and markets.
• Conduct product training and presentations to customers.
• Follow up on sales leads, orders and deliveries.
• Provide application/product support to customers and internal sales team.
• Provide post-sale and pre-sale support by analyzing and recommending solutions.

Role

Product Sales Engineer

• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Working hours : 9am - 6pm
• Salary : SGD2,200-4,200 [Depends on Experience] (not inclusive of transport allowance, bonus/commission)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of our complete range of product
• Responsible for preparing quotations, proposal according to customers' requirements
• Plan sales visits, customer calls
• Service existing clients and proactively identify and develop new customers and markets
• Conduct product training and presentation to customers
• Follow up on sales lead, sales orders and deliveries
• Provide application/product support to customers and internal sales team
• Provide post sale and presale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.
• Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
