You will research potential accounts, follow up on leads, and support pricing and quotes while maintaining CRM data accuracy. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of related experience. Working location is the North region, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with a basic salary plus variable

Qualifications

• BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with sales processes and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new customers and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up active leads generated by marketing activities.
• Create new opportunities by answering telephone/email inquiries and entering accurate data into CRM.
• Gather information to build a business case for opportunities (budget, need, authority, timeline).
• Understand and respond to customer objections effectively.
• Obtain initial application information (process details and system configuration).
• Provide internal sales support including product questions and pricing/lead time information.
• Create quotations using the company quote module for opportunities.
• Develop accounts by reviewing buying history and suggesting related items; explain features.
• Retain and expand the current customer base through cross/up-sell opportunities.
