The incumbent is responsible to meet the assigned revenue and nett margins targets as well as performing cross-selling service range to meet the corporate objectives.

Job Description:

• Execute sales strategies for individual test service categories/sectors:
• Source, identify and propose viable testing business opportunities to Management so as to increase or complement existing technical capabilities
• Work with operation department and support units for technical support and to come up with new test services, with view to promote and market, enhancing revenue targets and margins
• Report on trends and sentiment, competitor’s activities, and latest testing technologies in the market
• Expand clients base and achieve annual revenue and PBT target
• Cross selling service range
• Networking events & exhibitions
• Updating customers on company products and services
• Identify new viable technical test services with relevant stakeholders to enhance revenue targets and margins:
• Sharing of market information
• Work with operations department and support units to offer new viable technical test services to clients
• Work with finance to reduce with debt exposure:
• Assisting in annual review on clients’ credit and sales unit rate
• Identifying potential bad pay masters
• Close sales negotiations to fruition to meet sales budgets at best possible margins
