Job summary

TESCOM (SINGAPORE) SOFTWARE SYSTEMS TESTING PTE LTD. is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to accelerate growth in the private sector. You will support the execution of the sales strategy, identify opportunities from tender portals, and close deals with business clients.

The role requires 2+ years in B2B tech/consulting sales, strong English communication, and a collaborative, positive attitude to meet ambitious targets and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B sales role in technology or consulting.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technology.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support in the execution of the company’s sales strategy.
• Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities, with a focus on the private sector.
• Identify opportunities from various tender and RFP-related portals.
• Attend tender briefings.
• Respond to tenders and RFPs by building estimations, calculating budgets, and writing proposals, statements of work, contracts, and quotations.
• Conduct sales pitches to potential clients.
• Surpass sales targets in the acquisition of new clients and overall sales growth.
• Establish and expand business relationships.
• Maintain a sales database.
• Maintain a Sales Dashboard.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing or Technology field.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a sales B2B role in a technology, or consulting firm.
• Able to demonstrate achievements in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Very good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant personality, good team player and positive attitude.
