Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, complaints.
• Process order entries and attend to customer requirements.
• Coordinate job schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
• Input sales data into ERP system.
• Communicate order and delivery status to customers.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Ensure on-time delivery of parts to customers.
• Prepare quotations and assist with pricing.
• Assist with other duties as required.

• Ensure On-Time-Delivery of parts to customers are met
• Prepare quotation
• Other duties assigned
