Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a maternity-cover Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across the APAC region. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure the best fit.

You will also support Europe-based hiring needs and provide ad hoc recruitment for the Philippines market, requiring strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles across multiple functions.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good sourcing and headhunting skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
