Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Worker - Grade 7 Higher NITEC with minimum 5 years experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field with 3 years experience.
• Proven experience in property management or technical maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical aspects of property management, including building systems and maintenance protocols.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to keep assets in optimal condition.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and cost savings.
• Manage vendor relationships for technical maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare action plans for identified issues.
• Support budgeting and cost management for technical operations.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance property operations and automation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with property managers, tenants and stakeholders and report progress.
