Applied Materials South East Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive projects from conception through planning to implementation in a global manufacturing/semiconductor environment.

You will manage project schedules, coordinate resources across divisions, initiate purchases, and provide status updates. The role requires initiative, clear verbal and written communication, and willingness to work across overseas time zones.

Qualificações

• Relevant years of experiences as technical project manager in global manufacturing/ semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge in supporting new products, suppliers, and obsolescence/FFF is a plus.
• Takes initiative and is autonomous in their job role.
• Communicates clearly verbally during presentations and has strong written communication.
• Able to commit to overseas time zones for meetings when required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception to implementation.
• Manages project schedule and task details using project management tools.
• Coordinates resources to meet on-time and within-budget objectives; handles POs.
• Drives cost schedule performance of equipment for customers and vendors worldwide.
• Participates on multifunctional design teams and provides technical input.
• Interfaces within the division to define objectives and prepare for release.
• Provides engineering and business process expertise to the team.
• Identifies and resolves potential complications and develops solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation. Will participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources.

• Manages project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.

• Coordinates allocated resources from within the Division to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project. Initiates and manages purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.

• Drives cost schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.

• Participates on multifunctional design teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrixed headcount to complete projects. Provides technical input to team members to achieve project goals.

• Interfaces and coordinates within the division to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.

• Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.

• Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.

Requirements

• Relevant years of experiences as technical project manager in global manufacturing/ semiconductor industry
