Technology Project/Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a project plan and oversee it from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources. Ensure objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the business unit.
  • Manage schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software.
  • Drive allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on‑time and within‑budget performance objectives for the project. Initiate and manage capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
  • Manage cost‑schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
  • Lead multifunctional design teams comprised of internal, external, and/or matrixed headcount to complete project/program. Provide technical leadership to team members to achieve goals.
  • Interface and coordinate with customers to define objectives, provide status updates, and prepare for release and deployment.
  • Provide engineering and business process expertise to the team and other members on various complex programs/issues.
  • Identify and resolve potential complications within the program and develop solutions for resolution.
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience as a technical project manager in the global manufacturing/semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of supporting new products, suppliers, and obsolescence/FFF is a plus.
  • Someone who takes initiative and is autonomous in their job role.
  • Able to communicate clearly verbally during presentations and has strong written communication skills.
  • Able to commit to overseas time zones for meetings at times.
