Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer to oversee technical projects from planning through handover across Singapore.

You will coordinate site implementation, testing and commissioning with clients and vendors. The role requires a degree in engineering, 2–3 years of experience, and strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills. Working across multiple project sites, you will ensure schedules, budgets and quality meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years of relevant project engineering / project management experience.
• Experience in Security Systems, ELV, Electrical / Electronic Systems will be an added advantage.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties throughout project execution.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements, technical matters and site activities.
• Review project specifications, technical drawings, layouts and related documentation to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical, operational or site-related issues that may affect project progress.
• Monitor project deliverables, quality requirements and work progress, and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct project meetings, site coordination meetings and progress reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and project handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules and other required project records.
