EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead technical projects from planning to handover across Singapore. The role welcomes candidates ready to advance from Senior Project Engineer / Assistant PM to greater ownership.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with clients and teams, reviewing drawings, and ensuring on-time delivery with quality. This position offers standard hours Mon-Fri and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project engineering/PM.
• Experience in coordinating projects and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from planning through testing and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources and progress.
• Lead project teams, contractors and vendors during execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams on requirements.
• Review drawings and documentation to ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate site installation and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor deliverables, quality and progress; take corrective actions.
• Conduct progress meetings and site coordination reviews.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and handover.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and schedules.
