Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager / experienced Project Engineer to manage technical projects from planning through site implementation, testing, commissioning and handover.

Working location spans across Singapore on various project sites, with standard hours 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and direct reporting from home to assigned project sites. We require a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant project engineering/PM experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years of relevant project engineering/PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall project progress.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties throughout project execution.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements, technical matters and site activities.
• Review project specifications, technical drawings, layouts and related documentation to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical, operational or site-related issues that may affect project progress.
• Monitor project deliverables, quality requirements and work progress, and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct project meetings, site coordination meetings and progress reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and project handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules and other required project records.
