Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager / experienced Project Engineer to manage technical projects from planning and site implementation through testing, commissioning and handover in Singapore.

Candidates currently working as Senior Project Engineers or Project Engineers ready to take on greater ownership are welcome to apply. This role offers a base salary of 5,000–6,000 SGD monthly, plus allowances and bonuses, with excellent welfare and career progression across diverse

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
2–3 years of project engineering / project management experience.
Experience as Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer ready to step up.
Good experience in project coordination, site implementation and stakeholder management.
Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
Strong planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities and stakeholders.
Experience in Security Systems, ELV, Electrical/Electronic Systems, System Integration, Technical Equipment or Infrastructure Projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall project progress to ensure timely completion.
Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties throughout project execution.
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements and site activities.
Review project specifications, technical drawings, layouts and related documentation to ensure requirements are met.
Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical or site-related issues that may affect progress.
Monitor deliverables, quality requirements and work progress, taking corrective actions when needed.
Conduct project meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and handover activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
