Job summary

Pelagus is seeking a Technical Project Manager (1 Year Contract) based in Singapore to lead its most complex manufacturing programmes end-to-end, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain across multi-partner projects.

You will build trusted relationships with global OEMs, government bodies, and strategic accounts, turning ambitious plans into actionable schedules, clear risk management, and on-time delivery, while serving as the single source of truth for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related technical field.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/APM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic manufacturing programmes end-to-end across engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.
• Grow engagements with government and industry bodies, report progress, unlock opportunities.
• Act as strategic account manager for project customers, deepen relationships and grow partnerships.
• Drive delivery across all workstreams with clear action trackers and governance.
• Own project risk management, identifying, assessing, mitigating and tracking risks.
• Be the single source of truth to customers, lead calls, standardised reporting and change control.
• Manage production and demand planning against forecasts, balance capacity and readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams and partners worldwide.
• Support budgets, forecasts and PO tracking for programmes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in maritime and oil & gas sectors.
