Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in program management, manufacturing, operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience conducting supplier assessments, audits, compliance reviews, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier management, change control, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with project management and analytics tools such as JIRA, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that project objectives are defined with milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
• Oversees completion of projects to meet product/process specifications, costs, and timeliness.
• Documents all phases of development and reports information to other functions per policy.
• Manages resources and ensures compliance with company standards and safety.
