Job summary

ScienTec Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technology initiatives, drive system enhancements and manage vendor contracts. You will coordinate planning, risks and stakeholder communications while ensuring governance and security compliance.

You will explore AI-enabled prototypes, automation opportunities and rapid prototyping to streamline processes. The role requires independent work across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/IS/Engineering required.
• Experience in IT project delivery and digital transformation beneficial.
• Strong vendor and contract management experience.
• Familiarity with IT governance, audit, risk or compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects including system enhancements, upgrades and migrations.
• Own project planning, scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners to meet SLAs.
• Support contract management, renewals and vendor performance.
• Ensure IT governance and information security compliance.
• Coordinate audit/compliance activities and remediation tracking.
• Support BAU and translate business needs into technology improvements.
• Develop AI-enabled prototypes and rapid prototyping approaches.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Provide clear project reporting and escalate risks/issues.
