Job summary

Temus is hiring a Manager, Transformation Consulting to lead end-to-end digital transformation engagements, partnering with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to translate complex problems into practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will frame problems, design and prototype solutions, drive agile delivery, and oversee adoption and change across client organisations, with a strong focus on governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting, transformation, product, delivery, or change roles, including experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior team members
Demonstrated experience in modern delivery methods (agile, iterative delivery, design thinking), digital platforms, and AI-enabled workflows
Prior experience managing client relationships or senior stakeholders directly is preferred

Responsibilities

Frame ambiguous, high-stakes client challenges into clear objectives and hypotheses
Design and prototype solutions; oversee process flows and journey maps
Lead agile delivery through sprints and iterative releases; ensure quality and pace
Drive adoption of AI tools and change readiness within client organisations
Build capability by creating reusable templates, playbooks, and accelerators
Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants; stay ahead of emerging tech tools
