• Involve optical tester development and production; formulate project plans and track progress.
• Lead product programs and feasibility and reliability analyses reviews.
• Bridge internal and external communication; collect overall project needs; feedback on stage results and allocate tasks.
• Coordinate departments to ensure project execution; manage costs and optimize plans.
• Collaborate to solve technical and quality problems during design and prototype manufacturing.
• Collect customer needs; allocate tasks; negotiate when necessary and address unreasonable requests.
• Report regularly and maintain effective interaction with the customer, internal teams and management.

About the role

This role involves deep involvement in machine development and production, responding to company product project management by formulating project plans, executing and tracking management. You will lead product programs and conduct feasibility and reliability analysis reviews. You will bridge internal and external communication, collect overall project needs, provide timely feedback on stage results, and allocate tasks reasonably.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply involved in activities of optical tester development and production, response to company product project management, formulate a project plan, execute and track management
• Lead the product program and project feasibility and reliability analysis review
• Bridge internal and external communication, collect the overall project needs, feedback on the stage results timely and allocate tasks reasonably
• Coordinate various cooperating departments to ensure the execution of the project runs smoothly, and be responsible for project cost management and project plan optimization
• Collaborate and solve the technical and quality problems of certification in the design and prototype manufacturing stage
• Collect customer needs and allocate tasks reasonably, negotiate with customers when necessary and predict unreasonable customer needs and communicate to solve them
• Report regularly and maintain effective interaction with the customer, internal teams and management

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Optical, Electronics, Mechanical, Software and Automation
• Open to fresh graduates without working experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills and the ability and experience to respond quickly and respond to sudden abnormalities
