Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Delivery professional to oversee coordination from order confirmation to delivery, ensuring specifications, schedules and deliverables are met.

You will also handle Technical & Commercial Support, review specs, coordinate clarifications, assist in sourcing and supplier negotiations, and support procurement. Additionally, you will maintain project documents and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project coordination from order confirmation to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed specifications, schedules and deliverables.
• Monitor project milestones and delivery schedules and take appropriate follow-up actions to maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Proactively identify project risks, technical issues and delivery constraints and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Review technical specifications and requirements for valve and actuation products to ensure accuracy and suitability for the project.
• Coordinate technical clarifications and information exchange between customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities by obtaining, reviewing and comparing supplier quotations.
• Assist in supplier negotiations relating to pricing, quality, lead times and other relevant commercial requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, project status reports and other relevant records accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure relevant stakeholders receive timely updates on project progress and outstanding matters.
