Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineering professional to coordinate project activities and documentation across the lifecycle in Singapore. You will support planning and execution by coordinating manpower, materials, equipment and other resources to meet project requirements.

You will monitor resource use, costs and progress, liaise with main contractors and stakeholders, and supervise site teams to ensure compliance with drawings and schedules. Strong planning and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E, engineering, construction or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different project stakeholders.
• Good planning, coordination, organisational and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including risk assessments, requisitions, drawings, schedules and project reports.
• Support project planning and execution by coordinating manpower, materials, equipment and other resources according to project requirements.
• Monitor resource utilisation, project costs and work progress to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, building owners and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Supervise technicians and workers and coordinate site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Prepare, review and submit project drawings and related technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, drawings and other documentation in an organised filing system.
• Prepare project activity schedules and provide regular progress updates.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders, quotations and customer proposals.
• Support customer discussions by identifying project requirements and recommending appropriate works or solutions.
• Conduct or attend site surveys when required to assess project requirements and support quotation preparation.
• Assist in resource planning and project coordination to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
