Job summary

ZAFIRO CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced program manager to strategize and implement enterprise IT initiatives, with a focus on ERP upgrades and cloud migrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and oversee onsite/offshore delivery, collaborating with clients to ensure project success and measurable value.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and RPA are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in upper-management role, preferably program management.
• Experience in managing ERP upgrades, implementations or migrations.
• Experience with cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, OCI).
• Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies.
• PM certifications (PMP/CSM/PSM/PMI-ACP) preferred.

We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager with a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

At least 5 years of experience in managing large ERP upgrades; implementations or migrations, preferably with SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Microsoft stack. Prior experience in managing cloud migration projects, preferably with AWS, Azure, or OCI platforms will be beneficial. Familiarity with Agile tools and software. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant certification in Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred.

Objectives of this role

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and meet client expectations
• Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Developing and executing successful IT programs, managing budgets, resources from Onsite & Offshore, Vendors and leading cross-functional teams across geographical locations.
• Track record of driving operational improvements and fostering growth through innovative strategies, consistently reducing costs, and increasing project success rates.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications

• Two or more years of experience upper-management role, preferably in program management
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Experience in managing stakeholders and delivering the projects successfully.
• Strong Experience in initiating & migrating the Cloud Transformation Projects.
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Strong working knowledge of ERP software’s like PeopleSoft Financials & HR, SAP HANA
• Strong Experience in implanting & managing the Enterprise Wide Applications like SharePoint, Digital Signature & RPA
• Experience in managing the department’s budget & Vendors / Customers
