Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in system support, OT hardware support, manufacturing systems support, or related technical support roles.
Responsibilities
Assist in analysis, modification and design of products for assigned projects.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain manufacturing systems applications, operational technology networks, and IoT devices.
Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues.
Manage user accounts and security configurations.
Perform regular system and application updates and data backups.
Support IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
Collaborate with AI developers to enhance AI-based knowledge bases.
Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system improvements.
Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices.
Skills
Hands-on support experience for PCs, scanners, tablets, and peripherals
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows devices and hardware issues
Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting
Education

Job Duties
Under general supervision, assist in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications.
Prepare design calculations and specifications.
Develop test procedures, conduct tests and complete test result analysis for assigned projects.
Assist in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services.
Incorporate Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the design process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain manufacturing systems applications, operational technology (OT) networks, and IoT devices.
Monitor system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of critical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues in a timely manner.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and security configurations in line with company policies.
Perform regular system and application updates, patching, and data backups.
Support IT infrastructure across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments, with focus on manufacturing systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Collaborate with AI developers to build and enhance AI‑based knowledge bases for automated troubleshooting and support.
Coordinate with vendors and third‑party service providers for issue resolution and system improvements.
Assist in implementing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
Years of Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in system support, OT hardware support, manufacturing systems support, or related technical support roles.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
Key Skills & Competencies
Must‑have skills:
Hands‑on support experience for PCs, scanners, tablets, and peripherals.
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows devices and hardware issues.
Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage)
Microsoft Windows or Desktop Support certifications.
Network certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent).
IT support or hardware support certifications.
Cybersecurity or OT security certifications.
Manufacturing or OT environment support experience.
