Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in factory automation in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Experience supporting production-critical applications.
• Proficiency in SQL; Oracle Database experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for factory automation systems to ensure stable manufacturing operations.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Factory Automation (FA) systems.
• Knowledge of production workflows and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in incident management and production support.
• Familiarity with Oracle database administration or SQL performance tuning is an advantage.
