Job summary

Akamai in Singapore is offering a hands-on Technical Presales Intern role to support our cybersecurity and cloud technology initiatives. This position provides exposure to a broad range of technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity solutions, AI‑driven productivity tools, and automation platforms.

As a Technical Presales, you will sit at the heart of the sales process, building relationships and delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in Computer Science faculty or equivalent course of study.
• Interest in cybersecurity, cloud technologies and AI trends.
• Be able to understand cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the presales team with technical research, solution validation, product demonstrations, and POC activities.
• Development of internal productivity tools leveraging AI and automation.
• Customer-facing engagement is minimal; may support technical presentations when required.
