Job summary

NCS, a leading AI tech services company in Asia Pacific, invites an Intern to join the Technical Pre-Sales team in Singapore for Jan–Jun 2027. You will work with Solution Architects, handle tender cost management, and support post-tender activities to ensure competitive, profitable solutions.

Responsibilities include bidding, cost analysis, vendor engagement, and preparing proposals with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings to gather requirements and analyze tender specifications to determine optimal solutions.
• Compile and verify vendor and internal service costing to complete tender cost schedules and suggest improvements.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) activities by arranging equipment loans and preparing cost summaries for proposals.
• Prepare competitive price analyses and CVs, customer references, and cost breakdowns for proposals.
