Job summary

NCS is seeking an ambitious and analytical Business & Strategy Analyst Intern to support AI, robotics, and smart systems initiatives in Singapore. The role involves translating user challenges into actionable project plans and strategic proposals, working closely with both business and engineering teams.

You will conduct market research, attend client meetings, develop user personas, and prepare executive-ready proposals.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, AI & Analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in research, report writing, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis on emerging trends in AI, robotics, and smart estate technologies.
Attend client meetings to understand user needs, operational challenges, and business pain points.
Translate user challenges into clear problem statements and define measurable objectives.
Develop user personas and storytelling assets to illustrate use cases and value propositions.
Prepare strategic business proposals and presentation materials for executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, resource requirements, and delivery timelines.
Support cross-functional coordination and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
