Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee Architectural and M&E works at project sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia branch, with responsibility for non-structural PPVC/PBU fit-out yards and strict adherence to codes and specifications. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, Building, or Architecture with at least 3 years of supervision experience and MOM-accredited safety training.

The successful candidate will report to the Lead Consultant and related stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervision of building projects.
• MOM-accredited safety courses and ongoing safety training.
• WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations or equivalent for landscape deployments.

Reporting to the Lead Consultant, Project Management Consultant, Landscape Architecture Sub‑Consultant, and respective Qualified Persons (Arch/C&S/M&E).

Requirements: Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a relevant BCA qualification (e.g., Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology), or an equivalent ITE certification. Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervision of building projects. Must have attended MOM‑accredited safety courses and maintain annual safety‑related training to ensure competency. For deployment to landscape works, candidates must hold a WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations or an HDB‑approved equivalent.
