Job summary

Greenmark Construction PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Officer to supervise government infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with approved plans, quality standards, contract terms, and WSH regulations.

The role involves daily site supervision, reviewing submissions, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to resolve issues. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with at least 3 years of site supervision experience and

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
Registered Technical Officer with IES or ACES preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily site supervision and inspections for compliance with drawings and specifications.
Review contractor submissions including shop drawings and method statements.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Contract Administrator and consultants.
Monitor progress to align with project schedule.
Inspect materials, finishes, equipment, and workmanship before installation.
Witness inspections, tests, mock-ups, and handover activities for quality control.
Ensure adherence to WSH requirements and regulations.
Maintain site records: diaries, reports, photos, inspection records.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, QP, and authorities for smooth execution.
Participate in site meetings and report delays or safety issues promptly.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Contract Administrator.
