Job summary

SURBANA JURONG CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking Technical Officers to supervise non-structural works at project sites, including architectural and M&E activities.

You will oversee PPVC and/or PBU fit‑out yard operations, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications while reporting to the Lead Consultant and other project stakeholders. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a relevant BCA qualification, with at least 3 years of supervision experience and

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a relevant BCA qualification (or equivalent ITE cert).
• 3+ years’ experience in supervision of building projects.
• Must have MOM-accredited safety courses and annual safety training.

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a relevant BCA qualification (e.g., Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology), or an equivalent ITE certification.
• Minimum3 years’ experiencein supervision of building projects.
• Must have attendedMOM‑accredited safety coursesand maintain annual safety‑related training to ensure competency.
• Landscape Specialization (if applicable): For deployment to landscape works, candidates must hold aWSQ Certificate in Landscape Operationsor an HDB‑approved equivalent.
